The official Washington Beer Commission mobile app designed for beer lovers and member microbreweries of the state of Washington. This app provides Pacific Northwest beer enthusiasts with information about Washington’s beer festivals, breweries, and craft beers.
Mobile users now have instant access to the latest news from the WA Beer Commission, its social media feeds, and the WA Beer Blog.
This app is FREE for users to download and provides the following features:
- Complete alphabetical list of Commission member breweries with ability to sort by region.
- Complete list of all Commission-sanctioned brew festivals, including times, dates, locations, schedules, iCal integration, and venue information with links to venue websites.
- Mapping feature utilizing pin-drop technology displaying all member breweries on a map with the ability to zoom in/out.
- Turn-by-turn driving directions from the users current location to every brewery and beer festival.
- Optional map overlay feature outlining each of the seven regions: Island & Peninsula, North Sound, Northeast, Seattle & King County, South & Central, South Sound, and Southeast.
- In-app access to official WA Beer Blog and social media feeds including Twitter & YouTube.
- In-app access to www.washingtonbeer.com right from the header of any tab, as well as from the “About” tab.
- Supports iOS 4.3 or higher for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad.
